7. Payment
You agree to pay, using the credit information you provided us, the charges incurred on your account in order to access any fee-based services to which you have purchased
8. Termination
Service Provider reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to its services, fee-based or otherwise, in whole or in part, with respect to any breach or suspended breach of any portion of this Agreement. In the event of such a termination, there will be no refunds for unused time under the terms of your license. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you in the future.
9. Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refund -
If the payment you made on medimelbourne.com does not get processed successfully to the intended recipient party within standard set period as advised to you while initiating the payment on this site, medimelbourne.com will undertake reasonable endeavours to track and locate the paid amount. If the amount is traced within absolute control of medimelbourne.com, medimelbourne.com will either refund the money back to donator or to the original intended recipient whichever is practically easier to do so for medimelbourne.com.
If after medimelbourne.com having taken reasonable efforts to track the transaction and if the amount could not be traced or traced to be found outside of control of medi-melbourne Pty Ltd, medimelbourne.com will cease any further efforts to track such transaction or compensate or refund any (in parts or full) money paid by donator. medi-melbourne Pty Ltd reserves right to refuse to entertain any claim for refund or compensation to payer.
Any service or transaction fees charged will not be refunded in any case.
Advertisement Subscription Fee Refund Policy:
No refund will be paid under any circumstances.
Payment
You agree to pay, using the credit information you provided us, the charges incurred on your account in order to access any fee-based services to which you have purchased or availed.

The content is provided for use only by Australian residents. The law applicable to use of the content and to disputes arising out of any content is the law of the State of Victoria, Australia.
